Pricing
The base price of manuals are listed on each web page. Volume discounts are available
for multiple manuals purchased in an order:
| 1-2 | manuals = | 0% discount |
| 3-9 | manuals = | 10% discount |
| 10-24 | manuals = | 25% discount |
| 25-49 | manuals = | 40% discount |
| 50-74 | manuals = | 45% discount |
| 75-99 | manuals = | 50% discount |
| 100+ | manuals = | 55% discount |
Volume discounts accumulate between orders...
When you have reached certain discounts, there is a minimum number of manuals to
order to use that discount again. They are:
- to use 25-40%, the minimum reorder is 5 manuals
- to use 45-50%, the minimum reorder is 10 manuals
- to use 55%, the minimum reorder is 20 manuals
Currently, there is not a way to adjust the price of secondary orders
through the web site. To get an adjusted price,
contact us
to get instructions to place re-orders. When you contact us,
please tell us how many additional manuals you'd like to purchase.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling is included in the pricing of the manuals for the
contiguous 48 states. For Hawaii
and Alaska, or international shipping, contact us for rates.
Sales Tax
The web site collects sales tax for all Texas residents and businesses. The rate is 8.25%.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without a "Return ID. Number" issued by Round Rock
Publications. The return items will be inspected. Any items that are damaged or
dirty will not be accepted or credited. Purchaser pays shipping and handling on
all items returned.
Warranty
Round Rock Publications warrants all manuals to be complete. Any manuals found
to be incomplete can be returned for inspection. See above return policy. Any
manuals found to be incomplete by Round Rock Publications will be replaced or a
refund will be issued for the price paid.
Ordering Inforation
There are two ways to Order:
- Order now through this web site with your credit card. Accepted cards are
Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
- Order By Mail —
- Use the shopping cart and click through to the order confirmation page
- click the "mail your order" button
- Choose your payment method (check or money order) and click on the "Print/Fax" button
- Mail the printed form along with payment to:

- Note: there will be a 14 day day on all orders paid by check.
