Pricing- On each training manual page, there is an “Order Now” line that shows the individual price plus a drop down menu that shows the discount prices for multiple purchases of the manual. This also, works on reorders. If a customer orders 10 manuals, they pay $12.95 each. Several months later, they order 10 more manuals. The price per manual, for the reorder, would be $11.95 per manual. Currently, there is not a way available to adjust the price at the time of purchase of the second order through the web site. To adjust the price, contact Pat thru the website and you will be instructed on how to make the purchase thru the web site. To sum it up, reorders will accumulate and will qualify you for better pricing.

Reorders- Once you have reached certain levels of pricing, there is a minimum number of manuals to order, to stay at that price. They are:

• The 10 manual pricing of $12.95, the minimum reorder is 5 manuals
• The 50 manual pricing of $10.45, the minimum reorder is 10 manuals
• The 100 manual pricing of $8.45, the minimum reorder is 20 manuals

Shipping and handling- Shipping and handling is included in the pricing of the manuals for the continuous 48 states. For Hawaii and Alaska, contact us for rates.

International Shipping- Contact us for rates.

Sales Tax- All Texas residence and businesses must pay Texas sales tax of 8.25%. For Texas residences and businesses that make purchases through the web site and do not include the sales tax, the number of items ordered will be adjusted to pay the sales tax and will be processed.

Returns- No returns will be accepted without a "Return ID. Number" issued by Round Rock Publications. The return items will be inspected. Any items that are damaged or dirty will not be accepted or credited. Purchaser pays shipping and handling on all items returned.

Warranty- Round Rock Publications warrants all manuals to be complete. Any manuals found to be incomplete can be returned for inspection. See above return policy. Any manuals found to be incomplete by Round Rock Publications will be replaced or a refund will be issued for the price paid.

2. Order By Mail ---Use the shopping cart and click on the Mail button after confirmation. A mail order form will be available for you to print out on your computer.
